The following should help you for the font-sizing issue of Text&Button:

@media screen and (max-width: 1600px){
.basicComponents_label > div { font-size: 17px; }
.link-button button > span { font-size: 17px; }
}

@media screen and (max-width: 1280px){
.basicComponents_label > div { font-size: 13px; }
.link-button button > span { font-size: 13px; }
}
