    Hi @Mohamed

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with our Sandbox!

    Does this occur when you hit the ‘Launch KX Sandbox’ button on the academy or when you try to launch KX Developer?

    Can you provide me a screenshot of your screen when this issue occurs?

    Hi Megan,

    Thanks for your reply. Well, this happens a few minutes after I launch the sandbox from the academy’s webpage. The computer freezes completely and becomes irresponsive and I have to turn it off using the power button. I have never had a similar issue before, and it is not a bad computer. Also, I tried using Edge instead of Chrome, which what I was using before, and I still got the same problem.
