KX Dashboards – Canvas Chart, charting prices by sym?
Hi all – I’m looking to build a canvas chart that would show quote prices by ticker (so inputting multiple tickers), implemented in the form of a Line Graph. I am unable to get Dashboards to differentiate between tickers, so the points join all over the place in one series – I would like to split the plots by ticker on the same graph.
I have also tried to build a query to loop through the input syms and store the prices to different price columns for each ticker (e.g. bidGOOG, bidAAPL etc) which could be fine for just showing the one price, but there are some issues when showing multiple price columns for each sym on the same plot (e.g. using the regex example for bid, ask on the Dashboards documentation).
Is there a setting for all this that makes this possible, or a suggested method to implement?
