  • Unintentionally replacing the new sym file with old one broke the db

    Hi all,

We had a unique situation where one of our db sym file was replaced with an old sym file, resulting in weird behaviours. We do have a replica db with the same data but in different order and unaffected sym file. Is there a good approach for us to restore the sym file of our main db from the replica db?

It won’t work. Indexing in sym file will be different.

The only way here to fix it will be to completely copy replica db to the current db.
