    Was working through all the classes, but somehow my sandbox is now missing alot of data and cant reset so its all new again.

    Sorry to hear you’re having issues!

    Which environment are you looking to repopulate, which course data is missing?

    If you can provide a little more information I can go have a look for you.

    Hi,

    I’ve had a look at your server and tried resetting it, but it hasn’t worked.

    I can just wipe your instance and you can click “Launch KX Sandbox” from the course overview page to start a fresh instance?

    Let me know if that suits and I can do that for you now.

      No worries, I’ve deleted your instance so feel free to click on “Launch KX Sandbox” to start afresh: Course Overview – KX Learning Hub
